Pay only to unlock
When you find a place you like, you pay a small fee set by the owner — usually around UGX 5,000 — to unlock the exact address, a map pin and the owner's WhatsApp. Then you visit in person, on your own schedule.
Your money back if it's wrong
If the address is wrong or the home is already let, the fee is refunded within 48 hours. That one promise changes the incentives for everyone: listings stay accurate because inaccurate ones cost money.
